Product Range Distribution - Animals For Christmas Presents - Website Mock Up

This is the main website for 'Four Paws' charity. An online website will help to reach larger target audience as advertising/ promoting through social media become very popular. The website allows readers to get to all information created by this charity. It also allows downloading posters so readers are able to share them.

When it came to designing a web page, I have made a couple of changes to the layout of the page. The welcome page contains a gif of Christmas photographs so everyone entering this site would know what is it about straight away. The font style has been used the same as on the posters which are Bebas Neue and Corbel.

Feedback

- Positive feedback on creating an online charity.
- Positive feedback on 'welcoming' page of using different photographs of animals and creating a gif.
- Positive feedback on used font.
- Positive feedback on using 'donate' and 'sponsor' feature.
- Some people suggested to me to play a bit with the background color.
- To add the feature of emergency contact.
- Would be good to try to use red colors instead of gold.
- I should try to include a logo on each page.
- To add more articles and photos about what happens to unwanted animals after Christmas.

In conclusion, all the feedback from my peers of my design were positive. There are only a few suggestions of adjustments to the web page design which I can make.

Using a suggestion from feedback about changing a background I have experimented a bit with it. I feel the white background look much better as it makes pages look clear and the text is readable. I will stick to the white background.

Also during the feedback people suggested to me to add some more information about what happens to unwanted animals after Christmas. I have decided to add an extra page to the website in the articles sections. I have used some statistics and facts about how many animals is being dumped after Christmas. All the information I have taken from RSPCA website and my researched.

Here is a page which will be added:
