Individual Practice - Quorn Brief - Research

What is Quorn?
Their range of versatile ingredients, meals, and snacks are varied and delicious.  Their products are quick to prepare for you and your family, they're a great source of protein and many are low in fat. Source of protein, zero cholesterol, quick and tasty and low in fat products.

Their Job:
We use 50% more resources than the earth can support and today we live as if we have 1 ½ planets.
If we continue like this by 2050 we will need 3 planets! No one was actively talking or doing anything to identify the problem and provide a solution to enable us to change our behaviour
and solve the problem. So World Meat Free Day was born to demonstrate how we can make a change and do something positive.

Background

So World Meat Free Day was born to demonstrate how we can make a change and do something positive.

How can going meat free help our planet?

Experts say that by 2050 the world’s population is set to increase to over 9 billion people. That’s 30% higher than today. If we don’t make any changes to our diet by then, the increase in meat production is forecast to reach 200 million tonnes.
This is a demand that simply cannot be met. So, we’re asking YOU to go meat free just for one day on the 12th June 2017, so you can see not only the impact it can have on your health and the environment, but also how delicious and easy it can be, so that you consider going meat free more often in the future.
We began the journey 1 year ago and want to make this bigger, better and impact on peoples lives by making a small change now and change how people think and behave.

The leaflet same as cards could be uploaded on the Quorn web page so everyone who is interested might download it as a pdf.

Engagement – How will your campaign encourage people to engage with the brand?

I will create a free gift pack which would be given out to everyone. The gift pack would contain a leaflet about 'Why being vegetarian is good'?, a set of cards with high quality photos and information about the meat also pin badge, stickers, shopping bag and discount vouchers from Quorn so that people are influenced to buy products. 


Click-through rate – How will your campaign make sure people visit the website?

The designs would contain links to Quorn website to access more information. 

Participation – How will your campaign encourage people to participate and support World Meat Free Day. 



My product will include different things to help people start 'Meat Free Day'.
